Function room of the Societat Recreativa El Retiro
Masterclass by the Xató master, Carles Montserrat Eroles, celebrating the first written reference to Xató in L’Eco de Sitges newspaper on February 16th, 1896. The local weekly covered a dinner gathering of illustrious figures led by Santiago Rusiñol and Miquel Utrillo, three days earlier, at the Societat Recreativa El Retiro. This year the format changes and as a novelty, after the workshop, there will be a tasting of the magnificent Xató prepared that evening.
