Josep Bonaventura Falç (1748-1803)

He was a member of the landowner family Falç, one of the oldest and wealthiest of Sitges. In 1792 he drove in the lands he owned the construction of an eixample to open the village to what currently are the streets of Sant Josep, Sant Bonaventura and Sant Gaudenci. In 1793, he built a house outside the city walls of Sitges that was called home Llopis (Museu Romantic Sitges), because Falç Josep Bonaventura became related with the Llopis family.
