Sitges Patchwork 2017 – Programme

For thirteenth consecutive years the Spanish Patchwork Association (AEP) has been organising the International Patchwork Festival in Sitges. This year the event will take place from the 9-12 March 2017. Over these dates, the general public may view a variety of international exhibitions as well as the AEP exhibition of work that has been submitted by associates who are opting for an award.  This year’s theme is «El Arco Iris» (The Rainbow).  There will be a variety of patchwork courses, children’s workshops and a large Patchwork Fair with around 100 booths.

Sitges Patchwork 2017: From 9 – 12 March 2017

TIMETABLE

FEES:

Patchwork Fair: entrance free free of charge

4 day admission ticket: members: 8€, public 11€

Advance purchase of admission tickets till February 25th (minimum 10 tickets): 8€ Can be requested from the AEP or patchwork shops.

Ticket offices during the event : Edificio Miramar, Casino Prado and AEP booth in the Patchwork Fair.

MONOGRAPHIC COURSES

Dates: 9, 10, 11 & 12  March

Mon-Sat: 10:00 – 13:00h. & 14:00 – 17:00h.

Sunday 9:30 – 12:30h. & 13:30 – 16:30 h.

Handiquilter: 10:30 – 13:30h. & 15:30 – 18:30 h.

Cost:

*Courses given by non-Spanish speaking teachers will be provided with simulteaneous translation

*Children’s workshops free of charge for under 15’s.

* Sewing machine rental 20€/machine per day.

AWARDS CEREMONY

Awards ceremony + cocktail: Friday 10th March,  20:30h. at Saló d’Or del Palau de Maricel
