The menu highlights the freshness and quality of the produce, which comes directly from the nearby markets and vegetable gardens, with special attention to local products. The dishes change as the day progresses: in the morning, you can have a magnificent buffet breakfast with homemade rolls, recently cut fresh fruit or the best national cheeses and cold meats, whereas there is a delicious menu at midday and in the evening.
